Commission offices will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026, in observance of the Memorial Day Holiday. All offices will reopen on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, during regular business hours.

House Bill 3874 was enacted on May 18, 2026. The bill amends S.C. Code Ann. Section 42-15-90 and changes Commission requirements relating to the administration of the medical fee schedule . The full advisory may be accessed here.

Accident Reporting

The Coverage Division also oversees and coordinates the creation of all Commission claim files (WCC File) and negotiates agreements with trading partners for EDI transmission, as well as researching, correcting, and monitoring EDI errors.
