The Commission received the final report from the Office of State Auditor on June 26, 2024. The full report may be accessed here. The report is the result of an annual audit of the Commission's internal financial activity. 
 Regulation 67-1602 has been amended to establish electronic payment systems as the default method of payment for temporary disability and reimbursement for expenses. The full advisory and text of the regulation may be accessed here

 

 

 

 

Medical Services Division

The Medical Services Division establishes and monitors billing and payment policies for medical services rendered to workers' compensation claimants and publishes the Medical Services Provider Manual. Division personnel are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to answer questions pertaining to medical billing and payment policy. Injured workers who have concerns about their medical care should contact the Claims Department at 803-737-5723.
