IT System Modernization Communication Plan

The Implementation Guide has been developed to assist Claimants, Carriers, Attorneys, Self-Insured and Trading partners in the transition from our current eCase Portal and EDI 3.0 to the new KERMIT system and EDI XML 3.1.  The guide will provide you with a summary of features in the new system along with information needed to prepare for the implementation of the new KERMIT system and EDI XML 3.1. During the transition, we will be providing additional information to the Guide and notifying you of the changes.
