Clarification of Records Requests Procedures

The Commission frequently receives requests for disclosure of its records. The Commission is governed by a strict privacy statute. In order to clarify the records request procedures for our stakeholders, the Commission issued an advisory outlining to whom the documents may be disclosed, the procedure for requesting disclosure, and cost.
